1. About SAGA VEIL
SAGA VEIL is a technology platform that provides subscription-based access to legal services. Legal services are provided by independent, qualified legal professionals. SAGA VEIL provides the technology, subscription management, matter tracking and document management layer.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Accounts are for the named individual or organisation and must not be shared.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to upload content you have no right to share, to attempt to access other customers' data, or to interfere with the security or availability of the platform.
4. Plan inclusions
Each plan states the number of consultations and document reviews included. SAGA VEIL does not offer unlimited legal advice. Work outside your plan is quoted to you in advance and only proceeds with your approval.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAGA VEIL's aggregate liability arising out of the platform is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. SAGA VEIL is not liable for the professional judgement of independent legal professionals, or for outcomes of legal matters.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where payment fails, or where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
