Subscription Terms
Billing cycles, renewals, plan changes and what happens when a payment fails.

1. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in Indian Rupees, and include applicable taxes as shown on your invoice. Invoices are available in your dashboard under Billing.
2. Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, until cancelled. We will notify you before a price change takes effect.
3. Usage limits
Consultation and document review allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry forward. Additional consultations or reviews can be purchased or quoted separately.
4. Plan changes
You may upgrade at any time; the new plan and its allowances apply immediately. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period so that the allowances you have already used remain valid.
5. Failed payments
If a payment fails, your subscription moves to a past-due state and we will attempt collection again. Access to new consultations and document reviews may be paused while an account remains past due. Your documents remain available to you.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
